Gulf Readymix was founded in 2005 with one site in the Doha Industrial Area and has since expanded to become one of the fastest growing readymix companies in Qatar. The company now has three sites, each with two batching plants, a fleet of some 60 truckmixers, 13 concrete pumps plus fully equipped labs at each site location.

 
The readymix plants are situated in the Doha Industrial Area, Ras Laffan and Dukhan. The production capacity for each plant is 120m3 per hour with all six plants being fully automated and containing water chilling units, ice plants and state of the art admixture dispensers. With two plants on each site there is capacity to produce 240m3 per hour should that be required.

Our state of the art computerised Alkon batching system and our extensive fleet of truckmixers and pumps are available for delivery to all locations in Doha city, Industrial Area, Al Khor, Al Dukhan and Ras Laffan any time of the day or night. 

We can supply a variety of different cement types including OPC, SRPC, GGBS, PFA and Microsilica. These cement types have become widely accepted as the best way to counteract the aggressive conditions endured by concrete structures in the Gulf region. 

To combat the challenges of concreting in very hot weather we have industrial ice machines and water chillers at each of our batching plants. 
We have our own supply of aggregates: Arabian Quarries, which gives us control over supply of our raw materials and control over the quality of materials being delivered to our plants. 

We are currently in discussion with an admixture supplier with a view to setting up a strategic alliance to give us more control over the quality, cost and performance of our admixtures.
